Payment Policy

For Sellers

  1. When You Get Paid:

    • Payment is made upon pickup once the pickup form is completed and signed. The driver isn’t dispatched, and the order isn’t confirmed until buyer payment is received.

    • Timing: Funds arrive instantly via Venmo or PayPal, or within 1-2 business days via Bank Transfer or Cash App, based on your chosen method.

  2. Payout Methods:

    • Upon the driver completing the pickup form, you’ll receive a text to confirm your payout amount—select your method there:

      • Venmo: Instant payout.

      • PayPal: Instant payout.

      • Bank Transfer: 1-2 business days.

      • Cash App: 1-2 business days.

  3. Fees:

    • Pickup Fee: Sellers pay a fee starting at $95 (varies by size/distance) for our drivers to collect your item hassle-free.

    • Service Fee: A variable fee of 10%–25% applies, depending on category (e.g., 15% for Pelotons, 20% for treadmills).

    • See total fees and estimated payout when creating your listing—adjust your price accordingly. Fees are deducted from your payout made upon pickup.

  4. Accurate Listings:

    • List your item honestly. If it doesn’t match the description at inspection, pickup is canceled, no payment is issued, and you still pay the pickup fee to cover the driver costs.

For Buyers

  1. How to Pay:

    • Pay securely with credit card or PayPal after your bid is accepted and you review the listing summary, plus a delivery fee starting at $95.

  2. Bidding and Payment Timing:

    • Make bids on listings or categories. Once accepted, you’ll see a summary of the listing details—pay only if you approve. If the item is not as described, you’ll know about it upon pickup, and we will make it right.

  3. Buyer Protection:

    • Our team of movers will inspect the item to make sure it works as expected. If the item matches the listing, payment releases to the seller upon pickup and inspection.

    • If it doesn’t match, choose to:

      • Transfer your purchase to a similar item (at no extra cost).

      • Cancel your order (full refund, no fees applied).

Key Details

  • All Sales Final: Once payment is processed and delivery completes, the sale is final—no refunds or returns, so inspect your item on arrival to ensure it works as expected. (Unless the item does not match the description upon inspection and pickup)

  • Delays: If delivery is delayed beyond 7 days after buyer payment, buyers can request a full refund—no exceptions.

  • International Orders: Category-Wide shipping payments follow the same process, quoted separately via palletizing service.
