We deliver our Peloton’s with our trained team of drivers and you will have a chance to inspect, test, and ride the Peloton bike upon delivery.
If anything is wrong with the bike upon delivery we can swap out the bike for free.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the bike breaks after delivery, it is not eligible to be swapped.
Cancelation Policy
If you’d like to cancel your order we charge a 10% restocking fee to cancel your order
Refund Policy
If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of you placing the order you may cancel your order for a full refund free of charge.
